Fire Safety NI (a division of Fire Safety Solutions NI) was born out of a very real need in the market place. In working with numerous clients across multiple sectors, we found that in this digital age, customers were becoming increasingly frustrated with the traditional paper-based approach to managing their fire safety procedures and administration.
This problem was particularly acute for organisations operating across multiple sites. Despite their wish to act in full compliance with the fire safety legislation, it was a logistical nightmare for them to collate, record and store the reams of documentation needed to remain compliant. Yet no other solution existed.
Starting in 2009, we began to develop a web-based Fire Risk Management System that would build and store reports online, for customers to access through a secure portal. We have continued the process of developing this resource ever since, taking a fresh approach to ensure that its detailed features reflected the specific needs of our customers.
We believe our system is now among the best in the global marketplace, giving customers the functionality they want and allowing them to manage their fire safety accurately, efficiently and cost effectively.
